Description: Custom Ronstan cruiser.
This is a beautiful, well cared for 30 foot long and 12 feet wide cruising boat. The upstairs area is huge, at least 3×6 m in space. Built by Ronstan 1962 and only three were constructed. A 130 L diesel tank and a 400 L water tank both fitted with new gauges and constructed from 316 stainless steel,9 kg gas cylinders for the gas stove and the 20 L hot water heater. She cruises around 6 kn with three-ish liters or less consumption per hour. This boat was rebuilt to be fully Self sustaining off grid with gas hot water and the fridge is running 100% of the time.
She is very comfortable, no wave noise. She has a BMC four-cylinder engine done approximately 200 hours since a full rebuild in the last three years.

Over $30,000 has been spent on this boat after the purchase price. 2 recently installed two sliding doors, windows to replace the re-canvas curtains in the rear cabin made from shatter proof glass and fiberglass reinforced hardwood.
New memory foam mattresses throughout.
Fully rewired with over 400 m of cable has been installed. A 500 W solar system with MPPT voltage regulators with 3×150 amp deep cycle batteries and a new crank battery including a new battery controller. New floor coverings, fully painted and a $3000, 2KW diesel room heater with a 316 stainless steel Marinised exhaust system. This is not an eBay model. 2×12 volt TVs, remote control removable 12 V 70 pound thrust bow thruster. New gauges, switches and carbon fiber dash. 3 x new fuse, CB boxes. Raymarine sounder, GPS, new anchor winch with 316 stainless steel anchor and chain. 12 V outlets placed all over the boat. USB Anderson LED lighting throughout, a new flushing toilet, fully restored bathroom, removable driver seat for the long trips. Replummed with shark bite plastic tubing. No copper pipes remaining under the floor, new water, pressure pump with accumulator, new smoke, gas detector, new custom built folding table, new bait board, new duckboard, new diesel pre-filter installed and three new bilge pumps.
